Good Morning to everyone! Robert is doing good this morning. He has already gotten up and walked twice this morning by himself. He is in good spirits as well. Today they will let him have a liquid diet, soups, jellos things like that. Robert is actually excited to just get to have some broth. Rod, Robbie, Renissa, Chandler and I will be leaving this morning at 9am to head home, we should be home around 10pm. Ryan will be staying back with Roxie for a few days. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers they are greatly appreciated. It means alot to the family to have such wonderful friends and family.

I told you I thought only good things would be happening. It's great to see all is going so well. Roxie, let Ryan handle stuff and you get more rest, I'm sure your full time duties will start soon enough. The rest of you, have a safe trip home. Robert, listen to the Docs and family, us old farmers don't take orders too well, but we should! ED

Good morning, long story but we spent the whole day in the Newark New Jersey airport yesterday and did not get home until 1am this morning. Robert and family, I did not have internet access for 5 days but Renelle kept me updated on my cell phone the whole time. Robert, we are so glad that you are recovering quickly and continue to pray for you. To both you and Roxie, try to get your much deserved and needed rest. Virgil and Mary had a wonderful wedding. Thank goodness it was on Sunday (a beach wedding) because the good ole hurricanes were playing havoc with the weather along the east coast. I will send some pics to Jill and mayybe she can post some on this blog. New Jersey was quite the experience for us old westerners. A bird poo pooed on me and Virgil said that the New Yorkers and Jersey people believe it it good luck so I asked GOD to pass it your way. Not the best way to get good luck but we all had a big laugh over it! So this is turning into a novel but once again we love you and are praying for you. GOD Bless.

Robert,

We and I are so glad to here you are doing ok. Thanks for the sweet corn we had it for supper that night. Kevin is off till after the wedding if you get out soon I'm sure he will head your way. He was coming up last Thursday till I told him you guys already left. He is hollering at me now asking if you have any doves. Don't know if that means in the hospital or at home. If you or Roxie need help with anything give us a holler we would be more than glad to help. Take care hope to see you soon.
